This course is specifically designed for parents, childminders, preschool and after-school staff, activity leaders, teachers and sports coaches. Its purpose is to teach how to respond appropriately when a child is injured or suddenly becomes ill. The course is suitable for both organizations and individuals who wish to strengthen safety and preparedness for children in their care.

Participants must be 16 years or older.
Assessment
Participation and performance are assessed throughout the course. No written or practical exam is required.
Certification
Participants receive a certificate upon completion. Refresher training is recommended every two years to maintain knowledge and confidence.
