What is trance healing?
Trance healing is a calming energy treatment in which I enter a trance state and allow healing energy to work through me. In this state, my analytical mind steps aside and I open a space for the energy to move where it is needed most. The energy does not come from me; it simply flows through me.
You do not need to enter any special state yourself. You simply lie or sit comfortably, relax, and you may even fall asleep if that happens naturally. The session is done without touch and is based on connection and presence.
Because I work in a deep trance state, the energy can influence your inner tension, emotions, and patterns that often lie beneath everyday awareness. The work is always gentle and never forceful.
Many people experience deep relaxation, warmth, and a softening in the body. Others feel lightness or emotional release that happens naturally without effort.
What happens in a trance healing session?
A trance healing session lasts up to 30 minutes. At the beginning, you find a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting. You may choose to come to my space in Selfoss for an in-person session, or book an online session from wherever you are. Some people fall asleep during the session, which is completely normal. Others remain awake the entire time. Both are perfectly fine. You do not need to focus on anything or do anything except allow the energy to move.
I enter a trance state and sit in stillness while the energy works. I simply allow the energy to move at its own pace. Sometimes people notice sensations during the session, sometimes not. In other cases, the shift unfolds gradually over the next few hours or days. All of these responses are normal.

The effects may continue to unfold for 1–3 days.
If you are working through long-term stress or tension, returning within 1–2 weeks can be helpful.
