In this gathering, we combine meditation, energy work and sound healing to help clear the mind, soften the body and open the heart to fresh energy and possibility.

You are invited to step out of everyday noise and into stillness, where you can reconnect with yourself and experience clarity, calm and inner nourishment.

This is a grounded and nurturing ceremony, offering space to slow down, reflect and create room for new beginnings to gently take root.
